Publish Results: Standard Reports

You use the Standard Reports tab to create predefined reports for export to CSV, Microsoft Access, ODBC data sources, or GEOVIA InSite.

Export to CSV

When you Export to CSV, predefined reports are created in the CSV file format.

Eight reports are created for surface scenarios. Eleven reports are created for underground or surface and underground scenarios.

The reports are saved to the Export folder specified, and the file names all include the File prefix specified. If you used a File prefix of results and the default Export folder ([Working directory]), the following files are created in the working directory for an underground, or surface and underground, scenario:

  • results_development_detailed.csv
  • results_development_summary.csv
  • results_development_summary_resources.csv
  • results_material_balance.csv
  • results_material_movement.csv
  • results_material_movement_detailed.csv
  • results_material_movement_detailed_resources.csv
  • results_production_detailed.csv
  • results_production_detailed_resources.csv
  • results_production_summary.csv
  • results_production_summary_resources.csv

Create Detailed Haulage Reports

When you Create Detailed Haulage Reports, three CSV files are created.

Note: The haulage string file that was created with haulage reports (in MineSched 8.0 and earlier) is now created as part of running the schedule. You can view and export the haulage results file in the Haulage Results tab.

The haulage reports contain information about the haulage between the source and destination of each material class, on a block by block basis, for both source and destination locations.

The reports are saved to the Export folder specified.

Export to MS Access

When you Export to MS Access, eleven Microsoft Access database tables are created.

Ten of the tables contain the same information that is contained in the eleven CSV reports. The Material balances report is not exported to a table in the database because the information for this report is contained in the other reports. The eleventh table contains the same information as the haulage reports.

The tables are saved to the Database file specified, and the table names include the Table name prefix specified.

If the specified database does not exist, a new Access database is created. If the specified database does exist, the tables are created within the existing database. If the existing database already contains tables with the same names that the Export to MS Access function creates, the existing tables are overwritten.

Export to ODBC Data Source

When you Export to ODBC, the eleven database tables that would be exported to a Microsoft Access database using the Export to MS Access function are output to the specified ODBC data source.

The tables are saved to the file with the Data source name specified, and the table names include the Table name prefix specified.

Export to InSite

A number of reports can be exported to an InSite database. GEOVIA InSite records and evaluates data for service, support, and production activities from the mine through to the saleable product.
